On 21 June, 2016 the senior research associate of the State Institution “Institute of Economic Research”, Kramarenko Artem Alexandrovich, PhD, took part in the meeting of the working group at the DPR Ministry of Education and Science on the drafting the legislation “On the intellectual property”, which was hosted at the State Institution “Institute of Science and Technology Information” under the direction of Nikolaeva Larisa Ivanovna.
The working group members discussed the necessity of developing a provisional regulation that would exercise the intellectual property protection until the developing legislation is adopted by the DPR People’s Council. The legislation articles, outlining the conceptual framework, intellectual property object and the arising property and non-property rights were discussed as well.
