On 16 June, 2016 the representatives of the State Institution “Institute of Economic Research”, the members of the Social Economy Department: the scientific secretary and senior research associate Kotova Nataliya Ilinichna, PhD, and the leading research associate Kramarenko Artem Alexandrovich, PhD, participated in the meeting of the DPR People’s Council Committee’s working group on social and housing policy for the development of the DPR Labour Code, which was moderated by the committee chairman Sulim Yulia Anatolyevna. The representatives from the DPR Federation of Trade Unions and the Ministry of Labour and Welfare also took part in the meeting.
The working group members addressed the basic principles of the social partnership and social dialogue, the development of legal measures for regulating socio-labor relations (collective bargaining, agreements), their content, structure and control over their execution.
